Welcome to a new school year! I hope that you had a wonderful summer! My name is Joanne George. Some of you might know me from the 21/22 school year. My journey has been filled with exhilarating experiences that have encouraged my growth as a human being and developed my love for lifelong learning.

I look forward to working with you to help your child succeed at Learning Community Charter School. By working in partnership, I believe that we can help your child reach their learning potential. A strong support system from the home and school is necessary to make a significant difference in your child’s education.

In this letter, I provide you with a basic outline of what your child will be studying with me in the ELA special education classroom. I also urge you to read through your child’s schedule to become familiar with the rules and routines of LCCS and Ms. George’s Classroom.
