Welcome to Social Studies! I am extremely excited to be part of your child's  experience. In SS, we strive to have all students become critical thinkers for student success. The students will work to become confident, independent, and creative learners. 

For those of you who have not met me yet, here is a little background information on me. My students call me Ms. Errico or Ms. E.  I graduated from William Paterson University with a BA and then an MA in History. I was working towards becoming a History Professor at a University when I became passionate about elementary and middle school education. I decided to go back to New Jersey City University and earned my MA in education. 

Some of my hobbies outside of teaching include coaching all star cheerleading and traveling the world. I have had the opportunity to explore numerous states within the US and countries around the world. I love experiencing new cultures and learning about the history of the places that I go.
